Q: When a guest arrives what to say when asked about our corporate rates? Are there such rates?
A: That question does arise when people book a room, whether they book by phone or as “walk-ins”. There are such rates if that’s part of your market niche and you have established the rates.
If corporate travelers aren’t who you are seeking as guests then I don’t see that you need to provide such a rate.
Everybody wants a discount. Your business model and cash flow will dictate who you will give discounts to and when.
