Grapes Juanita

These can be served as dessert, salad or a breakfast item. They look beautiful and taste good too. Use any number of fruits, but grapes and blueberries work the best.


INGREDIENTS:

2lb seedless grapes
1c sour cream (yogurt can be substituted with minimal flavor difference)
½c brown sugar
grated orange rind

Remove grapes stems. Combine the grapes and sour cream. Spoon the mixture into individual serving bowls.

Sprinkle brown sugar on top.

Chill 2 hours, minimum. Garnish with the rind.

NOTE:

Blueberries are good here too. Try other berries. Try other fruit.

Cinnamon garnish with is also good.
