A: There are organic oriented B&B inns. I’ve also have heard of health food inns and those catering to wheat/milk/etc allergies. That’s what market niche is all about — knowing what you want to offer and then offering it completely. A small farm could be lovely for your dream.
If running a B&B with a focus on being organic and attracting guests who will treasure that with you is your goal, develop your definition well so you can be thorough and consistant with your offering and the guest experience will be complete.
